The long awaited Apple iOS7 rolled out
today, and the new iPhones are hitting the market this coming Friday. At
EventInterface we’re ready with the updated version of our mobile app for the
new operating system and phones. Our app mirrors the simplicity of the
operating system with stylized function buttons. It remains fully integrated
with the online system for planners and attendees.
Planners can check in attendees, scan
nametags, share documents, video and photographs. They can communicate via chat
and text with registered attendees and view planning documents. Attendees can
review their registrations or ticket purchases, bring up QR-coded
confirmations, view and upload event photographs, view documents shared by the
planner, chat with other attendees, scan nametags to collect contact details
and participate in event forums.
The EventInterface App is free for
planners and attendees and is used in conjunction with the EventInterface.com
event management software. Download the App here. To get iOS7 on your device,
just go to your settings, then select "General" and "Software
Updates."
